BARC, Houston PetSet team up to help keep pets warm during cold snap🐾 

BARC Animal Shelter, in partnership with Houston PetSet, is hosting a one-day event today, Jan. 5, offering free dog houses and straw to Houston residents at the BARC Wellness Center to help protect pets from cold weather.
